Terms of Use

4.1 Account Creation

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5.1 Premium Features

Unfollowers Tracker offers premium features through paid subscriptions, including:

• Weekly subscriptions
• Monthly subscriptions
• Promotional offers

5.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• All payments are handled by Apple or Google, and their terms apply.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes.

5.3 Subscription Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5.4 Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted through the App Store or Google Play Store.
• We do not control refund policies set by Apple or Google.
• Generally, refunds are granted at the discretion of Apple or Google.

5.5 Free Trials

• Some subscriptions may offer free trial periods.
• You may cancel during the trial period to avoid charges.
• Your payment method will be charged when the trial period ends unless canceled.

7.1 Instagram Data Usage

• You voluntarily upload your Instagram data export for analysis.
• We do not directly access your Instagram account without your permission.
• The analysis is based solely on the data you provide.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

7.2 Third-Party Services

• The app integrates with Firebase, RevenueCat, Microsoft Clarity, Facebook SDK, and other third-party services.
• These services have their own terms and privacy policies that you should review.
• We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8.1 Ownership

• Unfollowers Tracker, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Developer.
• The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app.
• You may not create derivative works based on the app.

8.3 Trademarks

• "Unfollowers Tracker" and related logos are trademarks of the Developer.
• You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission.

9.1 User Content

• You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the app.
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze it solely to provide the service.

9.2 Accuracy of Information

• We strive to provide accurate analysis, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information.
• Analysis results are based on the data you provide and may contain errors.

9.3 Data Retention

• Uploaded Instagram data is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored.
• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• You can request data deletion at any time.

10.1 "As Is" Service

• The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• We do not warrant that defects will be corrected.

10.2 No Instagram Affiliation

• Unfollowers Tracker is an independent app and is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.
• We are not responsible for changes Instagram makes to their platform that may affect the app.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service
• Non-payment of subscription fees

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the app immediately ceases.
• We may delete your account and data.
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations.

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
• You agree to waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
• Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
